The film centers around Madhava (Hemal Ranasinghe), an aspiring filmmaker, and his wife, Nirmala (Udari Warnakulasooriya). Living in a rented apartment within a high-rise urban complex, the young married couple constantly struggles to make ends meet. To bring in extra income and support his cinematic dreams, Madhava takes on various side ventures.  However, these side hustles draw him into complex social circles and entanglements. What begins as a deeply loving, playful marriage slowly starts to unravel due to emotional distances and extramarital affairs. While Nirmala quietly bears the heavy burden of supporting her husband's dreams and coping with their shared, unmet longing to have a child, hidden truths and a sudden, unforeseen crisis completely upend their world—forcing her to find her own inner strength.
